Skander Naija spent several years in organizational, information systems and transformation consulting for the financial sector at Accenture in Paris. In 2009, he joined BIAT - Banque Internationale Arabe de Tunisie in Tunis where he was in charge of the bank's transformation projects. He has been working within the group as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BIAT Insurance since 2013. In 2017, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of AMI Assurances.

Skander Naija holds an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Paris and a specialized Master's degree from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris.
